About Solvang Bakery
Our family has been baking in Solvang for over 30 years. In fact, two of our senior bakers have been with us since the beginning. Throw in our pastry chef who studied at the prestigious California Culinary Academy, and weve got over a century of baking experience in just our senior bakers!
Though the mornings are early, we all love what we do. Weve grown from a little shop in Solvang selling pastries to passers-by to a nationally renowned bakery acclaimed for its exquisite wedding cakes and specialty cakes, artistic hand-iced cookies, delightful holiday gingerbread houses, and of course flaky, yummy Danish pastries.
