About Copenhagen Sausage Garden
The Copenhagen Sausage Garden (CSG) is an outdoor beer garden located in the heart of Solvang. CSG offers the famous danish Rod Polse along with 11 family-made sausages from around the world. We even offer 2 Vegan Sausages!
CSG invites you to come experience our family-made salumi featured on our charcuterie plates. The salumi plates go great with a bottle of wine or a liter of beer! If you are a local or from out of town, we invite you to experience the coolest spot in town!
