We’ve installed new locks that allow us to deliver room keys digitally for a contactless check-in process. We’ve adjusted our housekeeping procedures to provide more time before and after every room turn. We’ve adjusted our amenities to provide personal coffee services and sealed towel sets. And we’ve increased every person’s personal space by capping the capacity of communal areas while decreasing the risk of exposure by instating a property-wide PPE policy for our staff.
