Clean Slate Wine Bar, in the quaint town of Solvang, CA, offers limited production wines, craft beers, and small plates focusing on family farms, seasonal ingredients, independent winemakers, and local producers all served with a laid back vibe.

We feature 50 Wines by the Glass, 10 Beers on Draft. Small Plates were influenced by Spanish-style tapas, our local farmers, and Chef Melissa’s Louisiana Roots.
